I just about bumped into Kathy Zentgraf of Greenies (and The Spot) at The Spot the other day. I knew about the great root vegetable pitas from Greenies at the Charlottesville Farmers Market, but I wasn't familiar with The Spot. Kathy talked to me about it, showed me the kitchen, even gave me a big bag of collard greens to go, on the house! This spontaneous generosity has made me happy to give a shout out on my blog!
