Know Good Beer event!

This is photo sampling from the Know Good Beer event I attended yesterday.  It truly was a blast!  Great event.  Great crowd.  Great Beer.  Can't wait till next year, good job Drew Craft!  Oh - chalk up yet another winner for C'ville!!!

Solidarity for France!

A moving turn out with over 40 people from Charlottesville walk in silence on the downtown mall as a show of solidarity for the people of France.  Glad I was there to meet (and photograph) some of these folks.  It was truly a splendid moment and I wish them well - Ron.     

From NBC 29 - Eva Josserand, an au pair from France living in Albemarle County, is firing back with action and words. Josserand is organizing a walk by the Freedom of Speech Wall on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 10.

"For France, and to just pay tribute to the people who died. It's a good way to be here and walk with us," she said.
